This application does not currently provide an automated refund request or refund-processing feature. Contact the marketplace operator using the support details for the specific deployment if you have a payment or access issue.
A completed payment is recorded only after server-side PayPal confirmation. If PayPal shows a charge but your QMarketplace order is not confirmed, retain your PayPal transaction reference and contact the operator.
